Beastify FX Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Organizer
    The giveaway is organized by Beastify FX, [insert your full company address and contact details].
  2. Contest Period
    The contest starts on 25.09.2025 at 15:00 (CET) and ends on 02.10.2025 at 23:59 (CET). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
  3. Eligibility
    1. Participation is open worldwide to persons aged 18 or older.
    2. Free shipping of the prize is available within the European Economic Area (EEA).
    3. For shipping outside the EEA, Beastify FX covers costs up to 40 EUR. Any additional costs must be borne by the winner.
    4. Employees of Beastify FX and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  4. How to Enter
    1. Like the designated contest post on the official Beastify FX Instagram account (@beastifyfx).
    2. Comment under the post with your answer to the question: “What is the most stupid way to dry a silicone mask?”
  5. Prize
    1. One (1) Flexible Mask Stand with Drying Function, available in white or black (winner’s choice).
    2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  6. Winner Selection
    1. The funniest comment will be selected subjectively by the organizer at the end of the contest period.
    2. The winner will be announced via Instagram (comment reply or direct message) on or shortly after 02.10.2025.
    3. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If no response is received, Beastify FX reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. Data Protection
    1. Participation requires an Instagram account. The Instagram username and comment will be used exclusively for the administration of the contest.
    2. Personal data of the winner will only be used for shipping the prize and will not be passed on to third parties.
  8. Instagram Disclaimer
    1. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
    2. By entering, participants release Instagram from all liability arising in connection with the contest.
  9. Miscellaneous
    1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances.
    2. German law applies. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded regarding the selection of the winner
